Double flat WIRE Bonding Wedges
DeWeyl Tool offers the following bonding tool solutions for Manual, Semi-Automatic and Automatic Hughes, Palomar, Hesse & Knipps and F&K Delvotek bonding equipment. A minimum of three material choices are available: Tungsten Carbide, Titanium and Ceramic. We highly recommend Ceramic and the Cross-groove tip for best results. Two shanks are available: Double Flat and S-1.
